Can I see a preview?

Because my art is edited by hand, a proof is available upon request and only after purchase.  If you would like a proof please contact me after purchase or let me know in the "special instructions" box when ordering.  Proofs are free of charge and so are any edits.  Your proof will be emailed to you within three days.  Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it.

How do you create the images?  Do you actually carve into trees and write on beaches?

All of my art is 100% digitally created.  No trees or actual property were altered in any way.  I use photo editing software to make it appear as though your personalization were always a part of the image. The carvings are digitally drawn by hand to give a more realistic look. No automated process or fonts are used to produce a fake-looking image. The time and care given to each order ensure that you receive a truly unique image you will thoroughly enjoy. 

How long does it take to get my print?

Processing time is 2-4 business days from the date of purchase.  Allow 6 days for canvas wraps. This is in addition to shipping times.  Your print will be shipped via USPS with whatever method you choose at checkout-- First Class (2-5 days), Priority (1-3 days), or overnight.  Please contact us if you need a rush on an order or would like more specific information regarding the shipping date of your print.

Is rush service available?

Yes, we can rush your order if you are in a hurry.  Please contact us if you need a rush and we will shorten the processing time of your order if possible.

What is the print quality?  How long will it last?

All photographs are printed with the highest quality Epson ultra-chrome high gloss archival inks on Epson ultra premium luster photo paper for a lifetime of beauty (archival rating of 100+ years).  Canvas prints are produced with Canon LUCIA EX pigment inks and museum varnish for the same archival rating.

Do you offer canvas art?

Yes, canvas gallery wraps are offered in sizes 11X14 inches and 16X20 inches.  Please contact us if you are interested in a different size.  The canvas gallery wraps are stretched over a 1.5-inch wooden frame and coated with clear satin museum varnish.  Edges are mirrored so you don't lose any image area.  Ready to hang with a sawtooth hanger installed-- no frame needed!  100% archival inks are used with 12 color process on 408gram 18mil canvas for perfect colors and stunning black and white prints.

Frames are not included, allowing you to customize your personalized art to your taste and save you shipping costs.

What size frame will I need for the matted prints?

Mats are available for the 5X7 and 8X10 inch sizes. 

5X7's are matted to 8X10 inches so you will need an 8X10 inch frame.

8X10's are matted to 11X14 inches so you will need an 11X14 inch frame.

Can I give you my own picture that you can personalize?

We offer custom work for an additional $30.  Please contact me for details and email your highest resolution image to info@pictureitpersonal.com so I can determine if it is an image that I can work with.

Can I reproduce my image?

All images are copyright Picture It Personal.  They may not be used commercially without permission.  However, you may reproduce your image for your own personal use.
