Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

Now offering free domestic standard shipping!  Processing time is 2-4 business days from the date of purchase. This is in addition to shipping times.  Your item will be shipped via USPS with whatever method you choose at checkout-- Free standard (2-5 days), Priority (1-3 days), or Priority Express (1-2 days).  Please contact us if you would like more specific information regarding the shipping date of your item.  Please note that Picture It Personal is not responsible for delays caused by USPS.  However, if your package is damaged or lost it will be replaced at no cost to you. 

When we ship your order you will be emailed a shipping notification with a tracking number (U.S. and Canada).  Tracking is not available for other international destinations at this time.

International Orders:  Shipping can take up to three weeks to many international destinations. PLEASE NOTE: Your country may charge a customs duty before you can receive your package. If you are concerned about this please contact your local post office for more information.  Picture It Personal is not responsible for customs charges.

If you need your order by a certain date, please let me know and I will be happy to try to accommodate you.

Canceling an Order

If you'd like to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of purchase.

Is rush service available?

Yes, we can rush your order if you are in a hurry.  Please contact us if you need a rush and we will shorten the processing time of your order if possible.

Return policy

Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.  We do not consider your transaction complete until you are completely happy with your purchase.  If for any reason you are dissatisfied, please promptly contact us within 30 days.  We will work with you to make whatever changes are necessary in order to ensure your satisfaction, or you will receive a refund.  You are responsible for return shipping.  If a mistake is made by us, you will receive a corrected reprint at no charge.  If you'd like a proof of your image so you can approve it before we print and ship your order,  just let us know in the "special instructions" box, or tell us through the Contact Us page.
